How do I register?
How do I register? In order to buy or sell, youll need to register for a user account. Registration is free and only takes a few minutes. To register as a new user, click on "Register" at the top of The Beealert homepage. You will be asked for your name,(this should be your full name such as MR John Jones) a username and password, and contact information, including your email address and phone number (required). Registration information will not be given or sold to third parties. (For more on this, be sure to read our Privacy Policy.) I cannot access my account.
I cannot access my account. Please contact us with information such as, when you last accessed your account, any suspicious activity, the last items you may have bought or sold. This will enable us to investigate. If you have forgotten or lost your password you can have it resent to you by clicking the Forgot your password link on both the homepage login and the login menu. My membership has been suspended. Why?
My membership has been suspended. Why? There might be several reasons. 1. You might have broken the site listing rules. 2. You might have sold counterfeit goods. 3. You might not have paid your fees. 4.You might have accumulated a lot of negative feedback. 5. You might have spammed other users. 6. You might have more than one membership. 7. Please note that typically users with their memberships deleted will have their IP addresses blocked from the site. For more information contact us with your username and email address and we will try to resolve this.
